1. The promoter is Haymarket HQ

2. The competition is open people aged 18 and over who fulfil the method of entry requirements. Those under the age of 18 are permitted to enter with parent or guardian permission.

3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Competition will commence on 15 October and will close on 20 November 2022. No entries will be accepted outside of this timeframe.

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

i. Take a picture within the Neon Playground festival setting

ii. Upload picture(s) to Facebook or Instagram with the #neonplaygroundsyd hashtag

iii. Follow the @neonplaygroundsyd Instagram and Facebook page

iv. Winners will be chosen from Instagram and Facebook through the hashtag.

v. Winners will be announced weekly

vi. These photos can be shared or reposted on to the Neon Playground and associated partners’ social pages during and any time after the competition.

vii. There is no limit on the number of times a participant may enter the competition during the competition period.

7. The prizes are as follows:

i. 2 x ($100 vouchers) to use at Bornga Sydney

ii. 2 x ($100 vouchers) to use at Macarthur Camera House*

8. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. Winners will be chosen by Haymarket HQ staff and/or Neon Playground partner representatives and each prize will be allocated to the winners by Haymarket HHQ staff

10. The winner will be notified on Social Media (Facebook) within 48 hours of the judging date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

14. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter Haymarket HQ and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

*Macarthur Camera House vouchers can only be used for printing services.
